Does the weather affect the installation process?
Starline will install in all weather conditions. However, if the crew deems the job unsafe due to severe weather, we would reschedule accordingly.
Are there any rebates available?

What frame materials are offered?

Why is there condensation on the exterior of my windows after being installed?
Condensation on the exterior of the window is not a bad thing. It means the window is performing well.
With modern low-E glass products more of the heat is kept inside and the outer pane is not heated as much. Moisture condenses out of the air onto a cold surface that is said to be below the dew point. The dew point varies with the air temperature and the amount of moisture it contains. The result is condensation on the exterior of the window.
What are the industry trends?
The typical windows ordered are coloured (black).
Due to the energy step code in B.C, windows are required to be more energy efficient then before.

What is the difference between casement windows and slider windows?
Casement windows have a generous profile that offers the classic appearance of wood windows. Complimented by our awning and picture window configurations they provide an elegant and extremely functional high performance window.
Slider windows capture clean, contemporary lines with the gliding design of a sliding window. Featuring a fixed window and a sash that slides across the other makes this product ideal for high traffic areas because they do not project in or out.
