My husband and I are both very happy with the service we have received, starting with our Sales Representative, and ending with the completion of our window installation. - Elaine & Greg S

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is there condensation on the exterior of my windows after being installed?

Condensation on the exterior of the window is not a bad thing. It means the window is performing well.

With modern low-E glass products more of the heat is kept inside and the outer pane is not heated as much. Moisture condenses out of the air onto a cold surface that is said to be below the dew point. The dew point varies with the air temperature and the amount of moisture it contains.  The result is condensation on the exterior of the window.
